This agreement between GLC and User governs use of all webpages operated on the Site. Use of the Site by any User signifies such User’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms of use.  GLC may amend, alter, or modify these terms at any time, and any such revisions are effective upon posting on the Site.

GLC grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site in accordance with these terms and conditions. GLC is the owner of content of the Site and reserves all right, title and interest not expressly granted under this license to the fullest extent possible under applicable laws. GLC makes no guarantee of the accuracy of any information related to marketed or serviced properties on the Site. Images of real estate and improvements on the site do not necessarily represent properties marketed or serviced by GLC.

By visiting the Site, User agrees that the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms of use as well as any dispute of any sort between User and GLC which may arise out of User’s use of the Site.  User further agrees that any dispute regarding the Site may be initiated in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, and User hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts. If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

Martin earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri/Columbia and an MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
