150-square-foot spec building to help Fort Wayne attract businesses

FORT WAYNE – Construction on Fort Wayne’s latest shell building is now underway. Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry, Fort Wayne Redevelopment officials, and representatives from GH Land Company, LLC – a new partnership involving Jeff Hagerman, Ryan Rans, and Brad Toothaker – and the Hagerman Group broke ground on the property at Community Development on May 10.

According to the duo’s application, High Five Spirits “is set to add to Traverse City’s spirits scene with the opening of a sleek tasting room on Front Street.
