Barnes & Thornburg Development breaks ground

SOUTH BEND – Ground was broken today on a new 61,000 SF, five-story office building in downtown South Bend in May 2019. Located at the corner of Main and Jefferson, the property’s main tenant, Barnes and Thornburg, will occupy floors 2 – 4 while the ground floor will provide retail space that is leased to a coffee shop. Additional retailers will have the opportunity to occupy space when the project is competed in July 2020.
