A downtown South Bend development is ready to open tomorrow. A ribbon cutting will take place for the Studebaker Lofts. That’s 46 luxury homes in the historic JMS Building in downtown South Bend. Bradley Company and Great Lakes Capital are behind the project. And we’re told several people have already signed leases.
First public hearing held for Red Arrow Bluffs in Lincoln Township
