Great Lakes Capital to invest $175 million in GrandView Expansion


$175 million development is coming to the corner of SR 23 and Gumwood.

Great Lakes Capital, the developer of GrandView Development in Granger is moving forward with their next phase of development, with the GrandView Expansion.

 

The development will be of mixed-use, restaurant focused, “combining resort-style living with connectivity to restaurants, activity, entertainment and retail.”

The new construction will bring 246 apartments residences, 66 exclusive townhomes for sale, a hotel, rooftop and ground level restaurants, retail and greenspace.

 
  • 246 apartment residences with studio, one, and two-bedroom floorplans. Resort-style amenities to include rooftop pool, fitness center, clubhouse, private dining room, office space, 24/7 security, a fully enclosed parking garage for residents and onsite leasing and management
  • The Enclave at GrandView Townhomes will offer 66 exclusive, private residences with urban amenities available for sale. Townhomes layouts will offer either two- or three-bedroom plans with upscale, custom finishes and upgrade options.
  • A highly curated hotel designed to be a lifestyle destination for both local residents and area visitors around the region. The hotel will feature a rooftop restaurant, breakfast and lunch café, and event space, all of which will welcome community residents as well as hotel guests, in addition to 125 guest rooms.
  • Greenspace for community events, walking and bike-friendly sidewalks
