GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich. (WPBN/WGTU) — A groundbreaking ceremony started construction for a new development in downtown Traverse City.
The mixed-use project named West End Lofts is located at 309 W. Front Street.
First public hearing held for Red Arrow Bluffs in Lincoln Township
