NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS: Developer buys land in WDM for steakhouse, apartment project

West Des Moines, IA – A Carmel, IN development group has purchased about 9 acres in West Des Moines on which a development that includes a popular fine-dining steakhouse and high-end multi-family apartment units is planned.

CRG Residential, the Indiana development group, and Great Lakes Capital, a real estate private equity firm headquartered in South Bend, IN, planned to construct a four-story building that wraps around a parking garage, pool and courtyard on the southwest corner of Ashworth Road and Jordan Creek Parkway.
