HOLLAND — Two large-scale multifamily developments may soon be under consideration in Holland.
The projects, both on 16th Street, were presented during a study session of the Holland Township Planning Commission before its regular meeting Tuesday, Sept. 14.
The first — 820 Sixteen — would be located on the plot of land just east of Holland’s southside Meijer on 16th Street. The pre-application presentation was given by Clay Sheetz of Great Lakes Capital.

Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills is a development of Indiana-based Great Lakes Capital, a real estate development and private equity firm, and Dallas-based Coury Hospitality, a hotel management company.
