Two Large-Scale Multifamily Developments Pitched for 16th Street

HOLLAND — Two large-scale multifamily developments may soon be under consideration in Holland.

The projects, both on 16th Street, were presented during a study session of the Holland Township Planning Commission before its regular meeting Tuesday, Sept. 14.

The first — 820 Sixteen — would be located on the plot of land just east of Holland’s southside Meijer on 16th Street. The pre-application presentation was given by Clay Sheetz of Great Lakes Capital.
